Car Show & Supermodel Car Calendar Photoshoot

Leave it to Las Vegas to stage an upscale car show with a twist. The local Ferrari Club is shooting a car calendar with high-paid models posing by the cars, so there will be "supermodels" everywhere. There is a dress code, the girls are not amateurs, and from what they cost they can definately be categorized as "supermodels"! They have invited the Viper Club, Pantera Club, Porsche Club, Corvette Club, Sin City BMW Club, Italian Auto Club, Mustang Club, MR2 Club, Miata Club, Las Vegas Cruisn' Association, various other hot rod clubs, tuner car clubs and custom car clubs. Individual sports car owners are invited as well of course, and all types of sports cars, muscle cars, custom cars and trucks are welcome. It's not necessary to own a late model concours car to participate. Just detail it, and bring it! All individual car owners get a professional photo of their car with the "supermodels" so if each club shows up with at least 12 cars, they will have the makings of their own 2005 car club calendar.

Gates open at 7:00 AM and official registration for the car show starts at 9:00 AM in the rear lot of the Rampart Casino. Hotel security is providing protected parking in the rear Convention Center lot adjacent to the tropical water gardens. Cars are displayed according to type, and then all cars will be rotated in front of the water gardens starting at 2:00 PM for a photoshoot with the girls. The cost of admission is $35.00 per car in advance which gets owners a professionally photographed 8 x 10" glossy of their car with our "supermodels" posed alongside. Security is watching the cars, so at 12:00 noon you may wish to stroll across the grounds for luncheon and cocktails at the Waterside Cafe adjacent to the JW Marriott pool. At 2:00 PM be sure to head back to the parking lot by Spiedini Ristorante's water garden terrace for a cocktail party overlooking the bikini babe photoshoot. There will be a minimum of 4 top professional "supermodels" posing alongside the cars. The 12 top Ferraris will appear in the Ferrari Club of las Vegas Calendar. Other car clubs will utilize their member photos for publication of their own car club calendars, and all individual participants will receive a professional photograph of their own with the supermodels posing by their car suitable for framing.

Those that wish to stay for dinner starting at 4:00 PM will find Spiedini Ristorante to be one of the finest Italian Restaurants in Vegas. It is recommended that you make a reservation in advance. Meals are ordered off the menu at each restaurant, and the cocktail party is a cash bar.

Advance registrations of $35.00 per car must be postmarked by 6/5/04. After that the cost is $40.00 at the door. That gets you a photograph of your car with the models. The show is free to spectators. The pool & water gardens at the Rampart Casino JW Marriott Hotel complex are absolutely beautiful, and so are all of the "supermodels"!
